Entrepreneurship training for mothers on maternity leave to be held in June

The trainer of the "My Business" center of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan from June 21 to 25 will hold a training sessions for mothers on maternity leave and for mothers with minor children: "Mom is an entrepreneur". The purpose of this federal educational program is to develop women's entrepreneurship.

The program has been in existence since 2013 and this year will be held in more than 60 regions of Russia. Since 2015, the "Mother is Entrepreneur" program has been implemented by the Amway "Responsible for the Future" charitable foundation and the Committee for the Development of Women's Entrepreneurship "OPORY ROSSII", since 2016 – together with the joint-stock company "Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Businesses", and in 2019, Otkritie Bank joined the joint project. Last year, the program "Mom is Entrepreneur" was included by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in the list of programs for entrepreneurs implemented within the framework of the national project of the Russian Federation "Small and Medium-sized businesses and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative".

Mothers who want to start their own business will be able to take a free training course and get the necessary knowledge in the field of management, finance and marketing. In addition to basic knowledge, each woman in the project can win a cash grant for the implementation of her business idea.
