The Ministry of Economy shared the experience of business support with managers from three regions of Russia
Heads of ministries and departments of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) visited the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan today as part of the training program "Successful Practices of Socio-economic Development and Public Administration Technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan".
We remind you that the visit of the delegation from the three regions to the Republic of Tatarstan is held for the purpose of training and enhancing cooperation between the subjects of the country and is designed for 3 days in the period from 8 to 10 June. Tatarstan is already implementing a number of joint projects in the field of transport, healthcare, and education, and the exchange of experience will only strengthen partnership relations between the regions.
It is worth noting that the training program was developed by the Higher School of State and Municipal Administration of Kazan Federal University with the assistance of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan and taking into account the wishes of the regions. In particular, the program includes events for the exchange of experience with Tatarstan in the field of business development, expansion of product sales markets and reduction of administrative pressure on business.
The meeting was opened by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov, who briefly spoke about the main socio-economic indicators of the republic in the current year and about a set of measures to support business entities implemented at the federal and republican levels in order to preserve business, production and jobs created by them.
The First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Sibgatullin reported on the experience of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of entrepreneurship development. He spoke about a set of measures to support business, put together taking into account the proposals and real needs of entrepreneurs and aimed at both the widest possible range of subjects and individual categories of business. This includes a package offer launched in Tatarstan to support residents of industrial parks with a load below 70%.
General Director of "Agency for State Order of the Republic of Tatarstan" AO Yakov Geller presented to the guests the functionality and advantages of using the system to promote products to the markets with the help of the Republican Marketing Center (hereinafter – RMC).
The system is aimed at expanding the sales market of Tatarstan's products.The system is aimed at expanding the sales market of entrepreneurs ' products and developing a competitive environment. RMC is part of a project to create a system to promote products produced in Tatarstan and it allows one to direct manufacturers to non-occupied investment niches or sectors in which products are made outside the Republic.
To date, more than 2 thousand SMEs have received orders for the first time, thanks to the resource, in the amount of more than 15.5 billion rubles (for 2020-2021).
Another successful practice presented to the delegations from the Russian regions was the resource of the Republic of Tatarstan on the prevention of violations of control and supervisory requirements – "Proven Business".
Co-author of the project Gazizullina Albina noted that the key task of the project is to reduce administrative pressure on small businesses, prevent violations of the requirements of regulatory authorities and promote self-employment. The project provides an opportunity to receive free information and advice on the current legal framework in the field of entrepreneurship and supervisory requirements, including expert explanations and instructions in these areas.
After that, the guests from the three regions visited the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, where they got acquainted with the best practices in the field of attracting investment.
