Dear Tatarstan citizens, dear front-line soldiers and home front workers! On behalf of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and on my own behalf, I sincerely congratulate you on your Victory in the Great Patriotic War!
On this solemn day, we celebrate the Great Victory of our multinational people in the World War over the global evil – Nazi Germany. On this day, we pay tribute to all the victims of the war – the millions of Soviet soldiers who died defending their homeland, and the workers who worked in the rear and rebuilt our country from the ruins.
I sincerely express my gratitude to you for your selfless feat, for continuing your life path, for your courage and perseverance, for giving us our freedom and life!
We say thank you for the Victory, thanks to which we have the opportunity to build our lives further, implement our plans and look forward to the future with hope. Your heroism will always be an example for the younger generation, setting it up for creation, fostering love for the Motherland!
