From July 1, 2021, the Unified Register of Types of Control (Supervision) will start working in Russia. The corresponding resolution was signed by the Chairman of the Government of Russia Mikhail Mishustin.
The new register is being created as part of the reform of control and supervisory activities. It will include all types of controls at the federal, regional and municipal levels, as well as their description. In addition, the register will indicate which supervisory authorities will exercise a particular type of control.
The Unified Register will form a set of data that will be used by various information systems, including the Unified Register of Control Measures and departmental information systems. As a result, the entire body of control data in the country will become uniform. It will be possible to analyze it and make management decisions based on it.
In addition, information use from the register will prevent both technical errors and violations associated with the entry of information that contradicts regulations. All information from the register will be available in the Internet, which will allow entrepreneurs to view a detailed description of each type of control, as well as to find out frequency of the inspections in relation to their business.
Let us recall, that the transition to new rules in the work of control and supervisory authorities and the improvement of legislation is carried out by order of Russian President Vladimir Putin. In this regard, a new law on control and supervisory activities was adopted in 2020, the provisions of which will enter into force on July 1, 2021.
