Kazan summed up the results of the implementation of national projects in 2020
The results of national projects implementation in 2020 and targets and objectives for 2021 were discussed in Kazan, where a joint Commission meeting of Presidium of Regional Political Council of "United Russia" political party Tatartsan regional devision was held. During the meeting questions for assistance in informing and implementing national projects and commissions in municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan were discussed. The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Shamsiev.
During the report, it was noted that in 2020, the republic participated in the implementation of 50 federal (regional) projects within the framework of 11 national projects. Since 2020, two new projects: "Preservation of unique water bodies" and "Clean Country" have been implemented in the republic. At the year's end, for the implementation of national projects 30.7 billion rubles were allocated .
As a result of implementation of national projects on the territory of our republic:
-the residential building of the psycho-neurological residential care facility for 97 places was put into operation (Novoe Churilino village in Arsky municipal district);
-9 sports fields for passing GTO standards in municipal districts of the republic were equipped with special equipment and 6 sports halls in general education schools of municipal districts of the republic were renovated;
-9 sports facilities were built (an ice palace and an indoor swimming pool in Naberezhnye Chelny, 5 football fields, a training football arena in Nizhnekamsk, all-purpose sports hall in the urban village. Vasilevo and athletic running tracks at stadium "Tasma" Kazan);
- 5 general education schools and 12 pre-school educational organizations were built;
-7 FASs, Center for Pediatric Oncology, Hematology and Surgery in Kazan were built, organizational and planning solutions for internal spaces were created, ensuring a comfortable stay of children in 31 children's polyclinics;
-51 urban environment facilities were well-equipped;
-268.4 km of roads have been restored to standard condition;
-12 sewage treatment plants and storm sewer systems were built and reconstructed, land restoration with oil-containing pollution was carried out (with Shemordan) and 2 unauthorized dump piles were disposed of (village Prosti and Menzelinsk town);
-8 rural cultural centers were built and the puppet theater was overhauled in Naberezhnye Chelny;
-94 apartments were purchased to resettle citizens from the failing housing stock;
- The Center for the Identification and Support of Gifted Children on the basis of "the Kazan Open University of Talents 2.0" and "the Republican Olympiad Center" of the "Duslyk" CBE (Kazan) and 2 centers for continuous professional development of teachers (Kazan) were completely renovated. Kazan).
Also in 2020, equipment was purchased and the material and technical base of institutions and organizations of the republic was improved, initiatives were taken to provide supportive measures and social payments, conduct training of citizens.
Ayrat Shamsiev pointed out that this year Tatarstan is taking part in the implementation of 44 regional projects. In addition, in 2021, 2 new regional projects will be implemented:
"Patriotic education of citizens of the Russian Federation" within the framework of "Education" national project , "Creating favorable conditions for self-employed citizens' operation" within the framework of "Small and Medium-sized entrepreneurship and individual entrepreneurial initiatives support" national project. The possibility to launch 2 new national projects : "Tourism and the hospitality Industry" and "Inland Water Transport" during the year is also being considered.
In 2021, 22.9 billion rubles are planned to be allocated for the implementation of national projects. Of these, 17.4 billion rubles - within the framework of financing agreements, from the federal budget-14.9 billion rubles, from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan – 8 billion rubles.
The funds will be used for:
- construction of 16 pre-school educational organizations;
- construction of 1 general education school (residential complex "Salavat Kupere" in Kazan, project 2021-2022), commissioning of 1 general education school (residential complex "Art City" in Kazan, project 2020-2021);
- beautification of 54 parks and squares;
- construction and reconstruction of 2 water supply network facilities, 1 biological treatment plant and 1 water treatment plant;
- construction of a sports hall in Kukmor, major repairs of 2 sports halls located in rural areas;
- clearing of 3 water bodies (a pond in the village of Derzhavino in the Laishevsky municipal district and tributaries of the Mesha River in the village of Nikolskoye and of the Vyatka River in the town of Mamadysh);
- complete the reclamation of 2 unauthorized dump piles (Mamadysh city and Prosti village of Nizhnekamsk Municipal district, projects of 2020-2021);
- construction of 3 cultural centers and 2 cultural development Centers (Yelabuga and Zelenodolsk, projects of 2021-2022), major repairs of 2 musical children's schools;
- purchase of 100 apartments for the settlement of failing housing stock;
- repair and construction of about 170 km of road network.
