2021 inspection plan of license holders is approved

Ministry of Economy of Republic of Tatarstan approved 2021 inspection plan realization for legal persons and self-employed entrepreneurs. It is posted on the website’s “State control” section.

Established under legislative authority this plan includes inspection by Ministry of legal persons operating on procurement, storage, processing and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal.  

In 2021 control activities will be conducted in regards to 17 organizations. The goal of these inspections is to ensure compliance with licensing requirements.

In the year of 2020, 10 inspections were conducted, 7 of which were planned, 3 were unplanned inspections, binding instructions issued on the results of conducting planned inspections. As a result of these control activities, license holders eliminated all identified violations of licensing requirements.

Gross irregularities that could endanger lives and lead to environmental harm had not been detected in the year of 2020. 

In respect of some organizations’ inspection scheduled for April – December of 2021, restrictions were imposed in accordance with instruction of Prime Minister of Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin dated 18.03.2020 # ММ-P36-1945; Decree of Russian Government dated April, 3, 2020 #438 “On the peculiarities of implementing state control (monitoring), municipal control in 2020 and amending paragraph 7 of Preparation regulations of annual execution plans on planned inspections implementation of legal persons and self-employed entrepreneurs by public oversight authorities and municipal control authorities”.
