The Ministry of Economy took part in the final public discussions of the law enforcement practice of the Tatarstan Administration of the Federal Anti-Monopoly Service of Russia
Final public discussions of the law enforcement practice of the Tatarstan AFAS of Russia were held today on the basis of the Training and Methodological Center of the FAS of Russia”.
The following topics were discussed during the event:
- results of law enforcement practice in the field of antimonopoly regulation of activities of economic entities;
- violations of antimonopoly legislation committed by the authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan;
- activities of the antimonopoly body in the field of advertising control
and unfair competition;
- activities of the antimonopoly body in the field of procurement control;
- judicial assessment of the actions and decisions of the officials of the antimonopoly authority in 2020.
On behalf of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ilyas Galimov, Head of the Competition and Entrepreneurship Development Analysis Department, made a presentation on implementation of the National Plan for the Development of Competition and the Action Plan (“Road Map”) to promote the development of competition in the Republic of Tatarstan.
In his speech, he revealed the main goals of improving state policy for the development of competition and the tasks of the National Plan.
The report also analyzed the features of development of the competitive environment in the Republic of Tatarstan, identified the achievements in implementation of the roadmap in 2019 and announced plans for the development of competition until 2023.
For reference: Currently, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, within the framework of the Standard, is working to monitor the state and development of the competitive environment in the markets for goods, works, services of the Republic of Tatarstan.
