The Ministry of Economy took part in a seminar on procurement for SMEs

On December 8, representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and 17 largest customers of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in a seminar on procurement for small and medium-sized businesses, as well as the need to draw up an annual report on procurement of goods, works, services from small and medium-sized businesses held by Corporation SME, Joint-stock Company.

The event was aimed at clarifying the procedure and conditions for conducting conformity assessment by the authorized bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, provided for by Federal Law No. 223-FZ, in relation to newly included organizations in the list approved by Order No. 717-r.

Let us recall that, according to the Decree of the Russian Federation Government No. 1169 dated October 29, 2015, starting from May 1, 2016 the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan assesses the compliance of draft plans for the purchase of goods, works, services, draft amendments to such plans, annual reports on the purchase of goods, works, services from small and medium-sized businesses of the seven largest customers of the republic.

Information on assessment of draft procurement plans in the Republic of Tatarstan is posted on the Ministry's website in the section “Contract system in the field of procurement”.

For reference: In accordance with the Order No. 717-r of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 19, 2016, the number of the largest customers in the Republic of Tatarstan, whose procurement plans are subject to evaluation, increased to 17 enterprises.
