Within the framework of the national SME project, 150 entrepreneurs signed export contracts

Measures of state support for entrepreneurship of the Republic of Tatarstan were discussed today at a press conference at the Tatar-inform news agency. Aidar Salikhov, General Director of the Non-Commercial Microcredit Company “Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan”, addressed the journalists.

Speaking about information and consulting support for export-oriented SMEs, he noted that for 11 months of 2020, the Export Support Center organized and held 12 events. Among them are the “Exporter of the Year” award, 5 training seminars on export activities and 6 exhibition and fair events in the Russian Federation and abroad. A number of additional educational seminars are planned to be held by the end of the year.

This year, the Export Support Center provided information and consulting support to 341 small and medium-sized businesses.

Since the implementation of the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives”, with the assistance of the Export Support Center, 150 entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tatarstan have concluded export contracts worth more than 30 million US dollars.
