Regional projects of the national SME project supervised by the Ministry of Economy are implemented for 100%

4 regional projects supervised by the Ministry of Economy as part of implementation of the national project “Small and Medium Business and Support for Entrepreneurial Initiatives” have been fully implemented.

512 million rubles were allocated for implementation of regional projects “Expanding the access of small and medium-sized businesses to financial resources, including preferential financing”, “Acceleration of small and medium-sized businesses”, “Popularization of entrepreneurship”, “Improving the business environment”. 415 million rubles were allocated from the federal budget, 97 million rubles - from the budget of the republic. These funds are aimed at providing property, financial, consulting and educational support to entrepreneurs and self-employed citizens.

As part of implementation of the national project, the full amount of the budget was financed and used. In addition, additional funding was allocated from the budget of Tatarstan to support SMEs as part of implementation of republican programs.

Thanks to implementation of the national project, in 2020, production facilities were commissioned in the Saba industrial park, Tyulyachi industrial park, and an industrial park on the territory of the Khimgrad Technopolis. Now the second stage of the project is underway to create an industrial park on the territory of the Khimgrad Technopolis. In total, there are 100 infrastructure facilities in Tatarstan (80 industrial sites and 20 industrial parks), where 1,497 residents operate. They have created more than 30 thousand jobs.

As part of implementation of the national project, financial support was provided to Tatarstan entrepreneurs: 461 microloans were approved for a total of 739.6 million rubles, 240 guarantees of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan were issued for a total of about 1.2 billion rubles, which allowed SMEs to raise debt financing for 5.4 billion rubles. Interest rates on loans in the total amount of 43.5 million rubles and costs associated with payment for services for the delivery of food and meal, in the total amount of 28 million rubles were subsidized to entrepreneurs.

At the end of 9 months of 2020, 38 entrepreneurs signed export contracts, thanks to the services received from the Export Support Center. In total, since the beginning of implementation of the national project, 132 companies of the republic have entered the foreign market, they have concluded contracts for a total amount of more than 26.5 million US dollars.

As of September 28, the “My Business” Center has provided over 14 thousand services for SMEs and self-employed citizens.

In order to provide information support, a number of events took place in Tatarstan, in particular, the regional stage of the All-Russian competition “Young Entrepreneur of Russia” 2020, the Forum for the Self-Employed. On behalf of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the “Adaptation Technologies” program was launched, the number of program participants exceeded 54 thousand people.

It should be noted that implementation of the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises and Support of Entrepreneurial Initiatives” in the Republic is being implemented by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan jointly with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Products of the Republic of Tatarstan. Implementation of the regional project “Creation of a support system for farmers and development of rural cooperation” also has a high degree.
