Rural entrepreneurs attracted 70 million rubles under guarantees of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan

An agricultural producer in Tatarstan received preferential loans in the amount of about 70 million rubles. The guarantor for the loan was the Guarantee Fund of the Republic subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan. The amount of guarantees under the program on entrepreneurship in rural areas amounted to 33.1 million rubles.

The guarantees were issued within the framework of the preferential program for agricultural producers of Tatarstan “Rural entrepreneurship”, the implementation of which in the Republic is supervised by the Ministry of Economy. Since the beginning of 2020, the program has issued guarantees for a total amount of 33.1 million rubles

The “Rural Entrepreneurship” program is specially designed for development of business of agricultural producers in the Republic. Peasant farms, individual entrepreneurs, cooperatives and entrepreneurs operating in rural areas can become participants in the preferential product. The amount of the Fund's surety for this product is up to 70% of the loan amount. The minimum interest rate is 0.5%, the maximum amount of the guarantee of the Guarantee Fund is up to 5 million rubles.
