Starting from July 15, a new support measure is being implemented in the republic to subsidize the costs of preventive and disinfection measures for small and medium-sized businesses, whose activities involve close and long-term contact between staff and visitors (clients). According to the municipalities of Tatarstan, at the end of last week, 6,852 applications were received from entrepreneurs for subsidies.
Let us recall that subsidies are provided to those organizations whose activities involve close and long-term contact between staff and visitors (clients), and, accordingly, significant expenses for providing preventive measures. About 11.5 thousand organizations and individual entrepreneurs with a total number of 33 thousand employees can apply for direct support under the program in Tatarstan.
The measure can be used by non-profit organizations operating in the field of additional education, in the physical culture and health sector, as well as organizing the hotel business, catering, providing household services (repair, laundry, dry cleaning, hairdressing and beauty salons), sanatorium and resort organizations. The subsidy is provided in 2020 as a one-time free of charge to cover part of the costs of prevention and disinfection related to ensuring sanitary and epidemiological requirements to prevent the spread of a new coronavirus infection.
The amount of the subsidy is defined as the amount of funds for expenses in order to carry out preventive and disinfection measures:
- initial in the amount of 15 thousand rubles;
- and current ones, calculated as the product of 6.5 thousand rubles multiplied by the number of employees in May 2020.
Individual entrepreneurs without hired workers, in turn, will receive subsidies in the amount of 15 thousand rubles.
To receive a subsidy, you must send an application in electronic form to the tax authority or through the taxpayer's personal account; the application for subsidies must be submitted by August 15, 2020.
