All planned national projects on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan by the end of 2020 will be implemented on time

The best in six months was the implementation of the national project “Small and Medium Entrepreneurship and Support for Entrepreneurial Initiatives”.

As of July 15, within the framework of the implementation of national projects, activities totaling 9.9 billion rubles were financed in the Republic of Tatarstan, which is 36.5% of the planned budget for 2020.

It is planned to allocate 27.2 billion rubles for the implementation of national projects in 2020. 18.8 billion rubles of these will be allocated from the federal budget, 8.4 - from the republican budget.

To date, the highest level of implementation is observed for the national project “Small and Medium Entrepreneurship and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives”. 839.22 million rubles were allocated for its implementation in Tatarstan. As part of the implementation of the national project, entrepreneurs, including farmers, received property, financial and educational support in the amount of 835.17 million rubles. The largest number of entrepreneurs (about 6,000) received support within the framework of the regional project “Acceleration of small and medium-sized businesses”.

Within the framework of the national project “Labor Productivity and Employment Support” 70.2 million rubles out of 78.8 million rubles were financed.

Within the framework of the national project “Safe and high-quality highways”, bridges and roads of federal, regional and local importance will be repaired and built. It is planned to allocate 5.4 billion rubles for the development of road infrastructure in 2020, 3.6 billion of which were used.

Implementation of other national projects in the Republic of Tatarstan is also on schedule.

In 2020, Tatarstan participates in the implementation of 11 national projects as part of 50 regional projects, for the implementation of which 50 agreements were concluded to achieve target indicators between the executive bodies of state power of the Russian Federation, performing the functions of heads of relevant federal projects, and the executive bodies of state power of the Republic of Tatarstan, acting as leaders of regional projects.

In 2020, as part of the implementation of national projects, the following is planned:

∙ construction of schools, kindergartens, medical points, rural houses of culture, the Center for Pediatric Oncology, Hematology and Surgery in Kazan;

∙ improvement of public spaces in municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, purchase of apartments for resettlement of citizens from emergency housing stock;

∙ bringing the road network objects into a standard state, providing for the repair and construction of roads;

∙ reconstruction and construction of treatment facilities, storm sewers;

∙ reclamation of 3 landfills;

∙ development of material and technical base of children's polyclinics and children's polyclinic departments of medical organizations that provide primary health care;

∙ overhaul of a puppet theater in Naberezhnye Chelny;

∙ construction of an indoor swimming pool, an ice palace in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, construction of a universal sports hall in the Vasilyevo town;

∙ creation or modernization of football fields with artificial turf and track and field athletics running tracks in the cities of Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Almetyevsk and the Aksubaevo town;

∙ creation of track and field athletics tracks at the Tasma stadium in Kazan.

Implementation of national projects and republican programs involves creation of new jobs, as well as the involvement of small and medium-sized businesses in their implementation, which is a support measure that will help maintain employment. Also, the most important priority of the authorities is the development of human capital, improving the quality of life of the population, this is also the goal of the Strategy - 2030.
