Dear inventors and rationalizers!

On behalf of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and on my own behalf, I congratulate our engineers, innovators, creatively thinking specialists in various sectors of the economy on their professional holiday - the Day of the Inventor and Rationalizer!

Development of the economy largely depends on the level of scientific and technological progress, one of the levers of which is technical creativity, invention and rationalization.

The Republic of Tatarstan occupies a leading position in the field of invention. The works of our famous compatriots continue in leading educational institutions and enterprises of the republic. The rationalization and inventive movement for many decades has contributed to the consolidation of the professional community, implementation of promising projects and breakthrough ideas and involvement of young people in technological creativity.

I express special gratitude for your creative work aimed at solving the strategic tasks of the economy, creating new high-tech industries that are competitive in domestic and international markets and improving the welfare of our citizens.
