Tatarstan entrepreneurs will be told how to reduce costs during the crisis

On April 17, a training webinar on minimizing costs during a crisis caused by a pandemic will be held for entrepreneurs of Tatarstan. An online lesson on topic “Cost Reduction Methods” will be conducted by business technologist Natalya Romanova as part of the free course “Factory PRO: Anti-Crisis”, which was organized for entrepreneurs by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and its subordinate structures.

The business education course from the Ministry of Economy of the RT consists of 25 lessons, seven webinars have already been successfully held. The eighth will be held on April 17 at 3:00 p.m. and will include a study of the cost structure, determination of their main sources in the company and development of a universal algorithm to minimize costs. The lesson will be delivered by Natalya Romanova, a business technologist and entrepreneur, director of the project “Turbo mode in business”.

Due to the deteriorating financial and economic situation at enterprises, aggravated by the negative trends of the global financial crisis, many companies are beginning to reduce their costs. The webinar is aimed at studying cost optimization and maintaining at the same time the company's performance in the long term.
