Tatarstan entrepreneurs will be told how to save customers and income during the self-isolation period

On April 16, two training webinars will be held for entrepreneurs of Tatarstan at once on how to keep the customer base in times of crisis. Ilya Balakhnin, Head of the leading consulting agency, will conduct online lessons entitled “Maintaining channels of interaction with customers during social exclusion” and “How to maintain relationships with your customers in crisis” as part of the free course “Factory PRO: Anti-Crisis”, which was organized for business by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and its subordinate structures.

The educational course for entrepreneurs from the Ministry of Economy of the RT includes 25 lessons; five webinars have already been successfully held. The sixth will be held on April 16 at 3:00 p.m. and will include practical recommendations on how to maintain channels of interaction with customers during the period of forced isolation and quarantine of many companies. The speaker of the webinar will be Ilya Balakhnin, General Director and Managing Partner of the consulting agency Paper Planes, one of the most sought-after professionals in Russian marketing. His portfolio includes over 400 projects related to the development and application of marketing, digital and HR strategies for business development and its withdrawal from crisis turns.

The webinar is aimed at studying channels of communication with customers, building a model of disparate channels into a single system. In particular, we will talk about the costs of maintaining channels of interaction with buyers and customers during the period of social isolation and cost minimization options.

At 6:00 p.m., the seventh lesson will start on topic “How to maintain relations with your customers in a crisis”, conducted by Aleksei Filippov, author of the client typing methodology Human Detector, member of the Council of the International Entrepreneurship Club BIZTUS, expert of the federal TV channels “Pervyi kanal”, “NTV”, “Rossiya-1”.

The topics of interaction with staff, motivation to maintain high sales in a crisis, principles of analyzing the target audience (seven types of customers and their thinking during the crisis) and building optimal lines of communication with each of the groups, as well as the nuances of creating special “anti-crisis” proposals targeting different customers will be discussed.
