Entrepreneurs of Tatarstan will be able to receive measures of state support of business in electronic form through the FASTTRACK portal
President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov presented a multifunctional digital platform FASTTRACK within the framework of the business forum "My business" held in Kazan on Thursday.
A unique tool for Russia was developed by the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of the national project on SME support to facilitate business access to financial and non-financial support measures through the "single window" format.
The implementation of the project contributes to achieving the goals of digitalization of the economy and improving the business climate in the region. Entrepreneurs will be able to use the service from 25 October 2019 at www.фасттрек.рф.
FASTTRACK portal translates communications between business and the state into an interactive online plane, eliminating the inconvenience associated with the need to receive advice and services in person, make an appointment with representatives of departments, wait for the consultation in the queue.
To receive a support measure, it is now enough to send an electronic application and the necessary list of documents through the Portal. After that, the applicant simply monitors the progress of the consideration of his application and the execution of the request. Statuses about the intermediate stages of approval of the application are displayed in the personal account of the entrepreneur on the portal.
In addition, the Portal will be available news block and a selection of cases of successful entrepreneurs who have benefited from support measures in the region.

It is no secret that there are bureaucratic obstacles in the relationship between the authorities and entrepreneurs, but we have measures to simplify relations. This is the new FASTTRACK system. A new tool for obtaining financial services was also developed in Tatarstan by the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. To date, there are no analogues of FASTTRACK in Russia. The project contributes to the advanced achievement of the goals in the framework of two national projects - "Digitalization" and "Small and medium-sized enterprises". Its integration into the system of interaction between government and business can become a precedent, an intellectual and technological asset that will allow Tatarstan to take a flagship position relative to other regions and directly influence the vector of development of the country's economy as a whole.

FASTTRACK is developed with the use of intelligent service of automatic verification and correction of contact data DaData*, technology of recognition of symbols and documents in the video stream and images Smart Engines**, which allows to recognize documents of the state sample, other innovative IT products and software in the field of information security and personal data protection. The function of user identification with the help of a Unified identification and authentication system is also implemented.
By the end of 2019, the most popular measures of support among SMEs in Tatarstan will be available through FASTTRACK. during 2020, more than 40 measures of support for entrepreneurs operating in the territory of Tatarstan will be added to the portal.
