Industrial companies from Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny received the approval of the qualification commission for "growing"

At the regular meeting of the Regional qualification Commission in the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, individual development maps of enterprises participating in the "cultivation" program were considered. The regional competence center presented qualification assessments for the Kazan and Chelny companies LLC "Chiton Plast 2" and LLC "Plast Engineering", producing products from plastic and plastic. Also cards of LLC "BIMET" and LLC "Zias machinery Povolzhye" from Naberezhnye Chelny which let out the equipment for motor transport and systems of the ventilated facade designs were considered.

Individual development cards were defended before the commission by representatives of enterprises. Following the discussion, the Commission decided to approve the submitted qualification assessments and individual development maps.

Recall that the program on "growing " SMEs is implemented in the Republic by the Ministry of economy with the support of the Corporation for the development of small and medium enterprises. "Growing" activities help small and medium-sized enterprises to improve their competitiveness and open up new markets. Each company passes a qualification assessment of experts, on the basis of which an individual map of its development is developed. The latter is approved by the Regional qualification Commission of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The individual development map includes a set of measures to provide information, consulting, financial, property and other support in order to increase the level of technological readiness of the SME entity to participate in the procurement of large customers. The Association "Innokam" provides advice on the participation of SMEs in the activities of "growing" and the development of individual development maps. The regional competence centre (RCC), established on the basis of the association, receives and processes applications.

A total of 20 SMEs are planned to be selected to participate in the "growing" activities in 2019.
