Human resource is the key to the development of innovative economy

July 5, 2019 on the basis of Kazan aviation technical College named after P. V. Dementiev an annual meeting of teachers of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. The main topic of discussion was the provision of human resource for innovative economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The event gathered about 200 people: heads of professional educational organizations, universities, deputy heads of educational and industrial work, deputy heads of educational work, representatives of interested ministries and departments, the Institute of education and employers.  

A representative of the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan made a report at the meeting.

As the head of the Investment and innovation Department of the Ministry of economy of Tatarstan Dinar Shakirov noted, the further competitiveness of Tatarstan will depend on how the system of training of specialists will be built in accordance with the requirements of the economy.

He noted that in the framework of the state program of support of small and middle business of Ministry of economic development of Russia within the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan has a network of 19 centres (5 centres in Kazan, 2 in Naberezhnye Chelny and 12 centers in the Sabine, Almetyevsk, Bugulma, Leninogorsk, Mamadysh, Chistopol, Drozhzhanovsky, Laishevsky, Nizhnekamsk, Zelenodolsk and Nizhnekamsk municipal areas) and 3 children technoparks named "Kvantorium" (Naberezhnye Chelny, Almetyevsk, Nizhnekamsk).

The centers help not only to train engineers, but also develop students ' entrepreneurial skills. Implementation of promising ideas develops children's ability to successfully implement them in business in the future.

In addition to this, today Tatarstan is actively involved in the activities of the national technology initiative (NTI). One of such projects for the development of competencies was the recent competition "AgroNTI" aimed to develop young people's skills in the use of digital technologies and robotics use in agriculture.

The participants of the meeting discussed the main issues of the formation of a comprehensive development of the system of vocational education, advanced training, retraining in the most popular and promising professions that meet the current and future needs of the economy of the Republic.

During the plenary session, a ceremony of awarding the best workers of vocational educational institutions on the basis of the rating evaluation of the past academic year, the winner of the final stage of the all-Russian Olympiad of professional skills.
