The Ministry of Economy, INNOKAM, Kamaz and Haier Russia will join efforts in supporting SMEs

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Association “INNOKAM” concluded trilateral agreements with the companies of Haier Industry Rus and PAO “Kamaz” on support of small and medium-sized businesses.

On June 3, 2019, within the framework of the Congress of Entrepreneurs of Naberezhnye Chelny and Innokam districts, two cooperation agreements were signed between the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Association “Non-Profit Partnership “Kamsky Innovative Territorial-Production Cluster” with Haier Industry Rus and PAO Kamaz. The documents on comprehensive assistance in development of SMEs were signed by Minister of Economy Farid Abdulganiyev, President of the INNOKAM Association Rafinat Yarullin, Director General of the Haier Russia Industrial Park Sun Zhenhua and Deputy General Director of KAMAZ PAO Rustam Shamsutdinov.

The parties have fixed the conditions for cooperation in provision of financial, property, information and marketing support for entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tatarstan. The main purpose of the agreements will be to increase the level of involvement of small and medium-sized businesses in procurement of goods, works and services.

“Small and medium businesses should be supported in access to all procurement channels, including those dominated by large enterprises. This provides an opportunity to choose, fair competition, gives new opportunities for business development”, noted the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Chairman of the Board of the INNOCAM Association Farid Abdulganiyev.
