- leave feedback on the website of the information system “Your Control”: https://vashkontrol.ru;
- evaluate the service through infomats “Electronic Government”, established in the MFC and in the authorities of the republic.
At the same time, on the website of the “Your Control” system you can not only leave a detailed review of the service, but also get acquainted with other reviews, as well as statistics of ratings from all sources. The “Your Control” system also automatically generates the ratings of the authorities based on the obtained estimates and calculates the value of the level of citizens' satisfaction with the quality of services provided.
In 2019, more than 120 thousand visitors to the MFC of the Republic of Tatarstan appreciated the quality of the services provided. The level of satisfaction of citizens with the quality of services received in the MFC of the Republic of Tatarstan in January-April 2019 was 97.6%.
The system for assessing the quality of services is aimed at optimizing the procedure for providing public services and increasing their availability. The results of the surveys form the basis for evaluating the effectiveness of the activities of the heads of the respective territorial bodies of the federal authorities, the MFC and their structural units.
