It is planned to introduce back-offices in each branch of the multifunctional center (MFC) of the Republic of Tatarstan. The plans were announced at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, devoted to the issue of developing the system of providing state and municipal services in multifunctional centers. The event was attended by the Minister of Economy Farid Abdulganiyev.
Introduction of back offices is aimed at unloading employees at the reception, reducing time and increasing the capacity of the MFC. As the Director of the MFC in Tatarstan Lenara Muzafarova noted, now the amount of work on scanning and compiling packages of documents is carried out in the “reception windows”, and with creation of back offices, this will be their field of activity.
In 2019, additional types of services became available in the MFC - Tatarstan citizens can get a Taxpayer Identification Number, a certificate of reaching pre-retirement age, advice for those who want to become self-employed, apply for inclusion in the list of orphans who need housing. From March 15, it became possible to use the services of the AO “Bureau of Technical Inventory of the Republic of Tatarstan”. In April, together with the State Committee for Biological Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, the service of issuing permits for hunting for the spring season was introduced.
Further development of the MFC involves expanding the range of services provided, increasing the number of “windows” and the number of specialists. It is also planned to finalize the automated information system of the MFC and continue implementation of the principles of lean manufacturing.
