Three new industrial parks will appear in Tatarstan this year

Construction of industrial parks "Arskiy", "Buinsk" and "Urussu" is planned to be completed by the autumn of this year. By the end of 2019, new residents will appear on the site. For Buinskiy and Yutazinskiy districts, these are the first infrastructure facilities, and for the Arskiy district, where 3 industrial sites of the municipal level are already operational, this is the first large industrial park.

Creation of infrastructure facilities has a direct impact on the welfare of the region. Creation of industrial sites is an effective mechanism for development of industrial, including high-tech, business. These are creation and modernization of workplaces, development in the village of alternative types of small business employment, social and engineering infrastructure, formation of motivation to work, and involvement of skilled workers in this area. Investing in such objects allows you to achieve a quick return on investment.

As of today, there are 85 infrastructure facilities in the republic, where 1,382 residents operate and about 26 thousand jobs have been created.

The Republic of Tatarstan is one of the leaders in terms of the number of effectively operating infrastructure facilities to support entrepreneurship and actively participates in implementation of measures to support them: industrial parks, technology parks and business incubators are successfully created and dynamically developed. There are large infrastructure facilities - two special economic zones, Technopolis “Himgrad”, Kama industrial park “Master”, Agroindustrial park “Kazan”.
