Applications of another 6 companies that will operate on the TASED "Naberezhnye Chelny" were approved

Today, the House of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan held a regular meeting of the Commission for consideration of applications for concluding an agreement on implementation of activities in the territory of advanced socio-economic development (hereinafter - TASED) "Naberezhnye Chelny" chaired by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Economy Airat Shamsiyev and Head of the Department of Municipal Development of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Emil Kargin.

At this meeting, the applications of 6 companies for conclusion of agreements on implementation of activities on the TASED Naberezhnye Chelny were approved.

1) KMD NCh, OOO (Limited Liability Company). Investment project "Plant for the production of spare parts for trucks".

The project provides for creation of a new production for manufacture and sale of spare parts for trucks.

The total cost of the investment project is about 70 million rubles (including VAT), including capital investments of more than 54 million rubles (excluding VAT). These funds will be invested after receiving the status of a TASED resident.

During the project implementation, it is planned to create 50 new jobs, including after receiving the status of a TASED resident - 49 jobs.

2) NPP KAMA, OOO. Investment project "Organization of production of bellows expansion joints".

The project involves the purchase of equipment and bellows expansion joints installation for start of production.

The total cost of the investment project is more than 64 million rubles (including VAT), including capital investments in the amount of more than 50 million rubles (excluding VAT). These funds will be invested after receiving the status of a TASED resident.

 During the project implementation, it is planned to create 31 new workplaces, including 30 jobs after receiving the status of a TASED resident.

3) Atasanzhak Milk, OOO. Investment project "Production of dairy products in Naberezhnye Chelny".

The project envisages organization in Naberezhnye Chelny of a new production of natural dairy products according to original Turkish recipes with a milk processing capacity of 8,400 tons per year (target design capacity in terms of types of products: ayran - 3,000 tons per year; yogurt - 2,000 tons per year; soft cheese - 250 tons per year; butter - 200 tons per year).

The total cost of the investment project is about 75 million rubles (including VAT), including capital investments of about 52 million rubles (excluding VAT). These funds will be invested after receiving the status of a TASED resident.

During the project implementation, it is planned to create 75 new permanent jobs, including more than 50 jobs during the period of activity as a TASED resident.

4) Cemmarket Kama, OOO. Investment project "Organization of production of ready-mixed concrete".

The project provides for organization of a new production of ready-mixed concrete. Sales of products are planned in the cities of Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Elabuga and other nearby settlements (within a radius of 150 km from the production site).

The total cost of the investment project is 240 million rubles (including VAT), including after obtaining the status of a TASED resident - more than 67 million rubles.

The volume of capital investments will amount to more than 220 million rubles, including after obtaining the status of a TASED resident - more than 50 million rubles (excluding VAT).

During the project implementation, it is planned to create 34 new jobs, including 33 jobs after receiving the status of a TASED resident.

5) SOFT PIPE, OOO. Investment project "Production of heat-insulating cylinders from mineral wool".

The project provides for creation of a new production of thermal insulation products.

The total cost of the investment project is more than 90 million rubles (including VAT), including capital investments in the amount of about 53 million rubles (excluding VAT). These funds will be invested after receiving the status of a TASED resident.

During the project implementation, it is planned to create 38 new jobs, including 37 jobs during the period of activity as a TASED resident.

6) Vybor-Povolzhye, OOO. Investment project "Construction of a plant for production of premium class paving slabs."

The project provides for organization of production of paving slabs and elements of the improvement of the premium class in the territory of Naberezhnye Chelny.

The total cost of the investment project is 1,016 million rubles (including VAT), including capital investments in the amount of more than 730 million rubles (excluding VAT). These funds will be invested after receiving the status of a TASED resident.

During the project implementation, it is planned to create at least 116 new permanent jobs, including 115 jobs after receiving the status of a TASED resident.

The total cost of the above-mentioned investment projects amounts to more than 1,550 million rubles (including VAT), including after the companies received the status of a TASED resident - more than 1,380 million rubles (including VAT). The volume of capital investments in the implementation of these projects is more than 1,160 million rubles, including about 990 million rubles after the companies receive resident status. The above listed residents of the Naberezhnye Chelny TASED will create more than 340 new permanent jobs, including about 320 during the period of activity of the company as a resident of TASED.
