Satisfaction of citizens with the quality of public services in MFC of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2018 reached 97%. The assessment was carried out by means of SPS surveys (official short number “0919”), through the information-analytical system “Your control” and infomats “Electronic Government”, established in MFC offices. More than 317 thousand citizens took part in the survey. They evaluated the services of federal authorities received in My Documents offices: Rosreestr, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Tax Service, Pension Fund, Social Insurance Fund, Federal Bailiffs Service, Rospotrebnadzor, Federal Property Management Agency. Most of them noted compliance of quality of services rendered to the levels of “good” and “excellent”.
Quality assessment is aimed at optimizing the procedure for providing services and increasing their availability. The results form the basis for evaluating the effectiveness of activities of the heads of respective territorial bodies of federal authorities, the MFC and their structural subdivisions.
