Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in the launching of four new production facilities at the Alabuga Special Economic Zones
On August 22, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, President and CEO of Ford Sollers Adil Shirinov, Director General of SMIT Company Maksim Gulyaev, Director General of Rostoner Ivan Vetryak and Director of Russian Wax Company Nikita Simonov took part in the launching of four new plants located at the Synergy industrial park at the Alabuga Special Economic Zone.
ST Alabuga (manufacturing special vehicles), SMIT Company (manufacturing of pipe products pre-isolated with polyurethane foam), Rostoner Company (manufacturing toners and cartridges) and the Russian Wax Company (manufacturing polyethylene wax) are located at the Synegy Industrial Park.
“We are launching four new production facilities at once. Probably, they are not so large, but each of the projects is additional investment and new jobs,” Minnikhanov said at the opening ceremony.
He emphasized that the total amount of investments in the projects amounted to one billion roubles, with over 200 jobs created.
Minnikhanov thanked the investors for hosting their production facilities at the Alabuga Special Economic Zone and wished them business development.
