25 business ideas were presented in Kazan as part of the casting tour of the TV project "Million worth idea"

Residents of Tatarstan presented 25 promising ideas on the casting tour of the TV show "Million worth idea". Qualification phase of the second season of the joint project of Vnesheconombank and NTV TC channel was held at the Kazan Federal University.

In the event, residents of Tatarstan presented a mobile application monitoring user's health; catalysts for in-situ upgrading of high viscosity oils and natural bitumen in reservoir conditions, Butakov's valve and other ideas. Innovative designs of contestants were assessed by the jury members, including deputy minister of economy of Tatarstan Bulat Khaziakhmetov. "Many of 160 thousand representatives of the business community of the region are young entrepreneurs. There are different programs of support in the republic like grants, micro-financing, leasing and warranty tools, formed start-up infrastructure. Our cooperation with the "Million worth idea" is not limited to the participation in the jury of the competition. At the pre-qualification phase, we have seen a number of interesting projects in health care, medicine, biotechnologies, aviation. These projects shall have the right to life, and the market will assess how they prove to be viable. The ministry is interested in developing business competences of innovators and help further rise of technological business. We have wide opportunities for promoting innovative projects not only in the republic and the Russian Federation, but also abroad", - the deputy minister of economy noted.

The best business ideas of entrepreneurs of Tatarstan were recorded as part of the qualification round.

Such castings have already been conducted in Saint Petersburg, Sochi, Novosibirsk, Samara, in the nearest future will be held in Voronezh, Yekaterinburg, Vladivostok. Based on the results of regional phases, 80 startups from all other Russia will reach the final. The winners will be able to obtain grants to implement their project.
