Tyulyachinsky District gained 15 positions in the rating of socio-economic development of municipal formations in January-April 2018. The monthly statistics were prepared by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. These changes resulted from a decline in registered unemployment rate, an increase in the total area of commissioned residential buildings and the volume of supplied products. Alekseyevsky District has also shown good performance and gained 6 positions.
Kazan, Almetyevsk and Nijnekamsk are still leaders and maintain high level of socio-economic development.
Almetyevsky (RUR 1,403.9 thousand), Nijnekamsky (RUR 642.0 thousand) and Yelabujsky (RUR 516.2 thousand) Districts are leaders in terms of shipped products per capita.
The registered unemployment rate in 28 municipal formations is less than the average republican rate. The lowest rate is registered in Laishevsky (0.16%), Aktanyshsky (0.22%) and Aksubayevsky (0.29%) Municipal Districts.
In the first four months of 2018 the total area of commissioned residential buildings per capita in Tatarstan was registered at 0.258 m2. Pestrechinsky (2,615 m2), Laishevsky (1,119 m2) and Vysokogorsky (0,861 m2) Municipal Districts are the leaders by the area of commissioned residential buildings.
