A meeting of the Commission of the Regional Political Council of United Russia for party projects was held
Today, the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting of the Commission of Regional Political Council of "United Russia" for party projects, at which members of United Russia discussed new directions for the party's project activities.
"We pay great attention to project activities, - said the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, Secretary of Tatarstan Regional Branch of All-Russian Political Party United Russia Farid Mukhametshin, opening the meeting, - we have found a good form of party work with federal funding and regional support, but, most importantly, it resonates with people".
At the moment, Tatarstan is working on 13 federal and 6 regional party projects. At the same time, the republic's achievements were used in the preparation of federal projects "Urban environment" and "Parks of small cities", which were later combined into one - "Urban environment", and the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov headed the Public Council of the joint project.
According to Farid Mukhametshin, such projects as "Historic memory", "House of the gardener - the family support", "Children's sport", "Local house of culture", "Drivers of growth" and others received a further impetus. "Tasks associated with the implementation of all party projects are very serious, and, unfortunately, costly, our regional support is required, and in this respect we count on the support of our party activists, including, activists in the municipalities", - the head of the republican parliament said.
Farid Mukhametshin didn't exclude the possibility of adjusting a number of projects, at least, such work is currently underway at the federal level, however, it will not conflict with the ongoing project activities. At the moment, an internal party discussion is launched for harmonization of the implemented projects with the main provisions of the Address of the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin to the Federal Assembly. This work shall result in a set of proposals of the party discussion platforms from regions, which will be discussed and presented at the Federal Party Conference "United Russia 2026".
"Issues related to rebranding the party, some possible changes in the party programs and vital activities of the parliamentary majority party are now being updated, - Farid Mukhametshin noted, - they were announced at the forum of Young guards, which is taking place these days in Tatarstan. Yes, it is necessary to clarify some ideological aspects, intensify work with voters and intra-party work between members of United Russia, strengthen vertical interaction between parliamentary factions of different levels". The party conference will be held on May 18-19, 2018, and as it was said today by the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, proposals of Tatarstan will be presented at the conference.
Today, at the meeting of the Commission of Political Council Farid Mukhametshin also called the party activists to actively participate in the parliamentary project "We write laws together" announced two months ago. "We are expanding the circle of participants in the search for a legislative regulation of life, - he noted, - we will only increase the pace of the project implementation".
Deputy Chairman of the State Council, Chairman of the Commission of Political Council of United Russia for party projects Rimma Ratnikova shared details on the project activity areas, as well as innovations planned to be implemented into the existing party projects this year. "There are two new projects this year - "Drivers of growth" and "Russian village", - she noted in her speech, - and they should actively work also in regions (in Tatarstan they are supervised by the Deputies of the State Duma Alfiya Kogogina and Ayrat Khayrullin). In general, a thesis "pivot to regions", initiated by the Secretary of the General Council of the United Russia Party Andrey Turchak, is heard now at the party discussions throughout the country, and it becomes the key principle of the party activities".
According to Rimma Ratnikova, legislative initiatives should become one of possible outcomes of implementation of party projects. "It is completely aligned with the task set by the central organs of the party - increasing contribution of the party projects to the development of regions", - she noted.
As it was noted by the Deputy Chairman of the State Council, there are some project related proposals aimed at adjusting directions of the projects in relation to the Address of the President of Russia to the Federal Assembly. School medicine, helping children in difficult life situations, developing digital technologies, equipping schools with educational equipment, introducing professional development programs for teachers, etc. are among new directions in particular.
In addition, according to Rimma Ratnikova, it is necessary to more actively engage population in the project work: "We can take an example from our colleagues working on the project "Urban environment", and make their example a standard for everybody".
Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Natalya Tarkayeva participated in the meeting of the Commission of the Regional Political Council of United Russia Party for party projects.
