Strategy of social and economic development of Kazan was discussed today at the City Hall (Ratusha)
Today the Kazan City Hall hosted the XXV session of the Kazan City Duma of the third convocation. The strategy of social and economic development of the capital until 2030 was one of the key issues discussed at this event.
Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Oleg Pelevin told about the implementation of this strategy. He noted that the Strategy Kazan - 2030 is structured according to three priorities and seven areas of competition, focused on three areas: human capital, space and economy. The first and main section of the strategy is to attract and form human capital.
Oleg Pelevin emphasized that Kazan should be the leader of social and economic development in the internal republican ratings. "Not only internal, but also external evalution is important: how competitive the Tatarstan capital is. In particular, at the competition "Cities of Russia 2030: Crossroads of Opportunities", Kazan took the first place in the field of strategic planning. Every achievement of Kazan and other municipalities has a positive effect on the Republic of Tatarstan", - the Deputy Minister noted.
He also recalled that this year the Strategy of the republic will be adjusted, and he called the leadership of Kazan to prepare their proposals.
