For convenience of entrepreneurs, the Ministry of Economy launched the republican public reception office with several communication channels. In addition to the hot-line and the citizen reception day, the Telegram messenger has been launched to talk to the Minister of Economy of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev. For prompt resolution of issues, additional communication channels have been launched:

Open Day (the nearest will be on April 2 in the Entrepreneur's House at: 28, Peterburjskaya Str., Kazan)
- Partner's Day. Entrepreneurs will be able to talk to the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and ask a question in an "informal atmosphere";
- "WRITE TO THE MINISTER" window has been launched in the multipurpose centers. All applications are sent to the Minister of Economy.
