The meeting of the General Assembly of Association of Innovative Regions of Russia was held in the framework of the Gaidar Forum - 2018
The General Assembly of Association of Innovative Regions of Russia (AIRR) was held on January 16, 2018, it was chaired by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
The meeting, organized in Moscow as part of the Gaidar Forum 2018, was attended by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Kozak, the Minister of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation Nikolay Nikiforov, the Chairman of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova, heads of the Association and heads of 14 regions-members of the AIRR. The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan was represented at the meeting by the Minister Artyom Zdunov.
The meeting participants had considered a number of organizational issues related to activities of the AIRR, discussed the outcomes of 2017, the main activities of which were organizational work, expert legal and analytical, international activities, work with youth and media promotion of regions.
