The regulatory impact is being assessed

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan received the application of the Department of evaluating the regulatory impact of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia on holding public consultations on the project of federal law "On introduction of changes into separate bills of the Russian Federation and recognition of the ineffective legislation (provisions of legal acts) in the issues of activities of retail markets (hereinafter - the project).

We invite representatives of business associations to get acquainted with the presented project on the website of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In the case of provisions imposing excessive administrative and other constraints and responsibilities of the entities involved in entrepreneurial or other activity or to facilitate their introduction, as well as provisions contributed to the frivolous spending of entities involved in entrepreneurial and other activities and budgets at all levels of the budgetary system of Russian Federation, please send your comments and suggestions in the regulatory impact assessment branch of the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan on email : Nail.Madiev@tatar.ru.
