The procurements by state companies and monopolies from SME will grow in Tatarstan
The round table on the topic "It is time to earn! How to get the order from major state companies of Russia." was held in the scope of the annual business forum for entrepreneurs on September 21, 2017, in Kazan, in the Hotel Complex "Korston". The two-day forum was attended by representatives of the JSC "SME Corporation", OJSC "SME Bank", the bodies of executive power of the Republic of Tatarstan, major Russian customers, subjects of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and leading experts to discuss pressing issues of obtaining orders from the major state companies of Russia, their interaction and mutual understanding with the subjects of SME.
The Vice-President of the Intersectoral Council of consumers on the issues of activities of natural monopolies of the President of RT, Timur Khalikov and Head of the Information and Methodological Assistance Directorate for arrangement of procurements from SME subjects of OJSC "SME Corporation", Natalia Vlasova were moderators of the round table. The participants of the round table discussed the quality of competitive procedures in the procurements of OJSC "RZHD", OJSC "Tatenergo", PJSC "Tatspirtprom", OJSC "Setevaya Kompaniya", OJSC "Tatagrolizing", and considered the results of evaluation of procurements of state companies, conducted by the specialists of OJSC "SME Corporation" by the results of 2016 and the first semester of the year 2017. Representatives of SME offered their opinions for improving the capability of participation of SME subjects in the procurement of major customers and told about the difficulties in applying provisions of the Federal Law No. 223-FZ.
However, suppliers at different levels noted the recent positive trend in creating conditions for the participation of SME subjects in procurements, as well as the willingness of major customers to interact with small and medium-sized businesses.
According to the information of the First Deputy Minister of the Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan -Director of the Department for Enterprise Development, Rustem Sibgatullin: "We are trying to continuously implement activities aimed at increasing the access of SME subjects to procurements of major customers as well as create an open and transparent market for the products manufactured in cooperation with the OJSC "SME Corporation" and state authorities of constituent entities of the Russian Federation. We hope you are feeling that."
We remind you, that according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation № 1169 dd. 29.10.2015 the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan since May 1, 2016 has been evaluating the compliance of the drafts of plans for procurement of goods, services, drafts of amendments, introduced to the plans, annual reports on procurement of goods, works, services from the subjects of small and medium-sized business entities of the seven largest customers in the Republic.
