A new building of MFC was opened in the settlement Bogatye Saby

For the purposes of improving the quality and accessibility for public to receive state, municipal and other services by the principle of "one window" the Multi-Functional Center for provision of state and municipal services (the office "My Documents") in the settlement Bogatye Saby has moved into a new building, located at the address: Tynychlak str., bld. 22.

On 8 September the MFC was visited by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov.

A comfortable environment for both visitors and MFC employees has been created in the new office. The office has spacious reception halls for accepting citizens with air conditioners, a terminal for payment of state duties and customer public computers, convenient places to wait, and visitors with children are provided with a children's corner, and for people with disabilities all accessibility elements are provided. A car parking for visitors is located near the MFC.

The MFC has nine reception windows for accepting applicants. The centre provides more than 150 kinds of services, including federal authorities (Rosreestr, Tax Service, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Pension Fund, Social Insurance Fund, Bailiffs Department Service), OJSC "Federal Corporation for development of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship", registry bodies, local self-government bodies (e.g. land and property relations, architecture, archives, etc.) and other services.
