Within the framework of the action plan for the implementation of long-term program " Improving productivity in enterprises of machine-building and petrochemical complexes of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2013-2016 years" November 26, 2013 a one-day workshop " Practical methods of improving productivity . On November 26, 2013 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting to discuss the outcome of the development of information- analytical system " Socio-economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan" and its partial integration with the information portal "Open Tatarstan ." Information-analytical system "Socio-economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan" contains information and analysis on the basic parameters of social and economic development of the republic . Its functionality allows to calculate multivariate short and medium forecasts of Tatarstan forecast of municipalities of the republic , to conduct cross-regional comparison of the data of the Ministry of Regional Development and monitoring of the decrees of the President of the Russian Federation .

On 13-15 of May 2014 in Moscow the XIII All-Russian Forum "Days of small and medium business in Russia 2014" business club for successful people ! " will  be held. Participation in the forum allows you to: - introduce and implement products , works and services - demonstrate the ability of small and medium enterprises , especially in the field of innovative manufacturing and services - promote entrepreneurship as a basis for economic growth and modernization of the economy; - get acquainted with the products of other entrepreneurs; -  attract the attention of investors and business support structures to your company, etc.

From 3 to 6 December 2013 will be held the first national youth championship on management struggle. The championship is held as part of the development of youth entrepreneurship in the Republic of Tatarstan on technology "Management 's match ," whose author is director and founder of the Tallinn managers School Vladimir Tarasov. For more than 27 years its technology has trained over 50,000 managers from different countries. The technology "Management 's match " , according to experts ,  today is one of the most advanced technologies in the world to assess and improve the skills of negotiation and management. Within the framework of the Action Plan of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on preparation and holding the II Republican Forum of socially oriented non-profit organizations in Graduate School of Public Administration of Kazan ( Volga ) Federal University on November 26, 2013 held  in  "round table" on " Non-profit organizations in the field of network professional interaction : the role of communities of professionals in socio-economic development of the region". The meeting was attended by leaders of professional associations, including SROs , representatives of executive and legislative power of the Republic of Tatarstan, business organizations , the scientific community. Head of Development of the social sphere departament of  the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Natalia Prozorova  became a moderator  of the "round table".

On 26-27 November 2013 is holding an event in the framework of long-term program "Youth Entrepreneurship in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2012-2016 " - training on " Planning and commercial evaluation of investment projects ." The first day of the event was devoted to marketing aspects of the project, as well as business philosophy. On November 27 in the spotlight is especially commercial evaluation of investment projects, as well as analysis and risk assessment. On November 21, 2013 resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation № 1044 "On Requirements for development, approval and maintenance schedules for the procurement of goods, works and services to meet the needs of the Russian Federation and municipal needs , as well as the requirements for the form of procurement schedules , goods, works and services. " Said document included in the list of normative legal acts necessary for the adoption of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 № 44 -FZ "On the contract system in the procurement of goods , works and services for state and municipal needs ."

On November 26, 2013  held a meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan to discuss the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of April 22, 2011 № 13 -LRT " On approval of the Socio-Economic Development of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2011-2015 years ", prepared by the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan jointly with ministries and departments . The bill was drafted on the basis of analysis of the results of the Program of socio-economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2011-2013  and the dynamics of changes in the institutional environment of the country. The draft law included 26 new activities, the implementation of which is aimed at addressing systemic issues of importance to all sectors of the economy and social sphere.
