Personal responsibility for performance of "May decrees" lies on ministers. It was declared  today by the acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov at council of Cabinet of Ministers of RT on implementation of decrees of the Russian President Vladimir Putin of May 7, 2012. Action took place in the videoconference mode with connection of all municipal regions of RT.

Addressing to participants of a meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov noted that in "May decrees" the main areas of work of power structures are reflected. They include questions which disturb residents of all country today, he added.   

As one of important question Rustam Minnikhanov called fight against unemployment. Today the Government of RT develops a package of measures on creation of additional workplaces. 

Today within work of the forum "Industrial Projects in Russia — 2015" the presentation of a national Geographic information system of industrial parks and science and technology parks of Russia took place.

The system works in a format of the specialized Internet resource gisip.ru and provides information on objects of industrial infrastructure of the country.

The interactive schematic map of Russia to which information on regions and their transport and logistic infrastructure, production sites of industrial parks and science and technology parks is layer-by-layer "attached" is the cornerstone of System.

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared a monthly rating of social and economic development of municipal areas and city districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for January-May, 2015.

In the general rating for January-May, 2015 the leading positions were taken by Kazan (1 place), Almetyevsk (the 2nd place) and Nizhnekamsk (the 3rd place) municipal areas.

For January-May, 2015 the greatest change of a place in a rating reached Muslyumovo (+7 positions) and Baltasinsky (+6 positions) municipal areas. These changes are caused by improvement of a number of indicators: decrease in level of the registered unemployment, increase of purchasing power of a salary, increase in growth rates of volumes of a value added of the enterprises.

On July 2, 2015 in Moscow the 6th international forum of Association of industrial parks "Industrial Projects in Russia — 2015" devoted to topical issues of creation and development of industrial parks was opened. From the Republic of Tatarstan  the First Deputy Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan – the director of the department of development of business Rustem Sibgatullin, heads of municipal areas and representatives of industrial parks of the republic takes part in work of a forum.

At the end of April, 2015 in the Government of the Novosibirsk region there took place the XIII ceremony of rewarding of winners of the Final of the International competition "The Best Goods and Services — GEMMA" among whom 8 enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan were.Annually within this action heads and leading experts of the companies from 49 regions of the Russian Federation, including the Far East, Siberia, the Urals, Volga region, the Crimea and the South of Russia gather.

We pay attention of winners of competitive selection on action "Development of leasing of the equipment: subsidizings of costs of subjects of small and average business of payment of the first contribution (advance payment) on the contract of leasing of the equipment (LIZING-GRANT)" that from the date of the adoption of the Protocol it is necessary to submit documents for the conclusion of the contract on granting a subsidy to the 30-day time estimated in the working days.

In case of non-execution by the recipient of a subsidy of requirements, the decision on providing the state support is considered as cancelled. 

The moratorium will concern both individual entrepreneurs, and the legal entities falling under definition of small business. And it won't concern the companies working in the social sphere, health care, education, heat supply, power industry, energy saving and increase of power efficiency. Also license control concerning the companies operating apartment houses and external quality control of work of audit organizations left from the moratorium.

On June 26, 2015 at the Kazan (Volga) federal university the next 18th release of participants of the Presidential program of preparation of administrative shots took place.

During implementation of the Presidential program in the republic more than 2 thousand experts were trained.

This year 154 managers were trained. Listeners of the program showed good knowledge in the field of management, foreign languages. The certifying commission noted the high level of preparation of final works and high potential to introduction of projects.

Diplomas were handed by the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Natalya Tarkayeva and the director of Institute of management and territorial development of K(V)FU Nailya Bagautdinova.

On June 29, 2015 the Interdepartmental commission at the Ministry of Economic Development selected seven investment projects for participation in the Program of support of the investment projects realized in the territory of the Russian Federation on the basis of a project financing on a total cost of 58,2 billion rubles (the volume of the demanded credit resources – 36,8 billion rubles). From the Republic of Tatarstan the project was selected in the sphere of production of wheels for cargo and cars worth 3,8 billion rubles (creation and modernization of production of wheels for cargo and cars (JSC mefro uilz Russia).

In total at a meeting of the commission 11 projects were considered by a total cost of 108,3 billion rubles (the volume of required credit resources – 73,3 billion rubles).
