The State Duma adopted the law on the moratorium on inspections of small business

The moratorium will concern both individual entrepreneurs, and the legal entities falling under definition of small business. And it won't concern the companies working in the social sphere, health care, education, heat supply, power industry, energy saving and increase of power efficiency. Also license control concerning the companies operating apartment houses and external quality control of work of audit organizations left from the moratorium.
The law also consolidates norm on application risk - the focused approach at the organization of state control of activity of business for decrease in expenses of business and optimum use of resources of supervisory authorities.
It will be applied since January 1, 2018, and on its basis the government in certain cases can make the decision not only on not carrying out planned and exit inspections, but also reduce or establish other term of any check.
Thus the government has the right to define separate types of state control which can be carried out with application of such approach till January 1, 2018.
By December 14, Tatarstan entrepreneurs will be able to apply for selection to the Platform for Growth acceleration program through the SME.RF Digital Platform.
From December 11 to December 14, St. Petersburg will host the New Year's Eve exhibition "New Year's Gift" of entrepreneurs' products, which can be attended free of charge with state support.
Under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan-Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, a meeting was held in Tatarstan on the organization of work programs for the implementation of federal projects that are part of the National Technological Leadership Projects (NPTL).
Tatarstan citizens can take part in the All-Russian survey on satisfaction with the security of banking services, which can be taken until November 28.
