The Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov took part in council of Cabinet of Ministers of RT on implementation of "May decrees" of the President of the Russian Federation

Personal responsibility for performance of "May decrees" lies on ministers. It was declared  today by the acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov at council of Cabinet of Ministers of RT on implementation of decrees of the Russian President Vladimir Putin of May 7, 2012. Action took place in the videoconference mode with connection of all municipal regions of RT.

Addressing to participants of a meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov noted that in "May decrees" the main areas of work of power structures are reflected. They include questions which disturb residents of all country today, he added.   

As one of important question Rustam Minnikhanov called fight against unemployment. Today the Government of RT develops a package of measures on creation of additional workplaces. 

The acting the President of RT reported that regarding increase of labor productivity the republic has two directions. The first is optimization with the subsequent increase in loading. The second is expansion, search of the new markets, increase in outputs with the subsequent increase efficiency of work. 

Special attention the acting the President of Tatarstan charged to pay on health sector. They are, first of all, questions of quality of life, he noted.

Separately Rustam Minnikhanov stopped on a housing subject.

At the solution of questions of a demography it is necessary to create guarantees for young families, the acting the President of Tatarstan continued, it is necessary to open kindergartens, schools.

Also Rustam Minnikhanov touched upon a subject which isn't presented in decrees of the Russian President? it is implementation of the program for granting the land plots to large families. 

In end Rustam Minnikhanov noted that personal responsibility for performance of "May decrees"   lies on ministers. Implementation of decrees is the main criterion of evaluation of the work of authorities, he emphasized.

Further the deputy prime minister of RT - the Minister of Education and Science of RT Engel Fattakhov, the Minister of Economics of RT Artyom Zdunov, the minister of work, employment and social protection of RT Elmira Zaripova, the Minister of Culture of RT Ayrat Sibagatullin, the Minister of Construction, architecture and housing and communal services of RT Irek Fayzulin made reports.
