Today, a joint meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Coordinating Council for the implementation of the pilot project "Effective Region" was held under the chairmanship of the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, at which the participation of the Republic of Tatarstan in the project "End-to-end Investment Flow" and the results of the republic in the National Rating of the state of the investment climate were discussed. The heads of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Air of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the work carried out within the framework of the project.  

The My Business Center of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, will hold a big meeting of the Club of young entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tatarstan on August 17. The event will be held as part of the implementation of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship".

Representatives of the business support institutes of the Republic of Tatarstan, subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the region, took part in a meeting of the Coordinating Council for the Development of Entrepreneurship of the Arsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan. They spoke about the existing tools and programs for business support and development, operating within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship".

On August 15, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a videoconference seminar for business representatives, where they talked about the advantages of concluding agreements on the protection and promotion of investments (IPPA).

Small and medium–sized businesses of Tatarstan received in January - June 2023 more than 7.37 billion rubles under guarantees issued by regional guarantee organizations (RGO). The republic entered the TOP 10 regions of the country in terms of the total amount of financial support received with the participation of the RGO.

From August 22, 2023, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan will conduct an examination of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated December 23, 2016 N 976 "On approval of the Procedure and conditions for leasing state Property included in the list of property owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, free from the rights of third parties (except for the right of economic management, the right of operational management, as well as property rights of small and medium-sized businesses) and intended to provide small and medium-sized businesses and organizations that form the infrastructure to support small and medium-sized businesses."

The Russian manufacturer of high–tech IT equipment and software IVA Technologies (LLC "IVKS") within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship" attracted debt financing under the program "Support – 2023". The Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, provided assistance in attracting borrowed funds, providing a guarantee in the amount of 40 million rubles. 

The national project "Small and Medium-sized entrepreneurship" is designed to help women with children start their own business and develop it. The participants of the Mom-Entrepreneur project will receive comprehensive knowledge necessary to start their own business and grant support for the implementation of the best projects in the amount of 100 thousand rubles.

At the request of entrepreneurs, the maximum amount of a micro-loan "Startup" has been increased from 500 thousand to 2 million rubles. Financial support at the lowest possible rate – 2% is implemented within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship".

The service "Production Cooperation and sales" on the Digital platform of SMEs has been launched for entrepreneurs. This is a new product designed to stimulate demand for the products of SMEs from large private businesses using the Digital SME Platform. The purpose of developing the new service is to support SME manufacturers who want to expand sales channels and become a supplier to leading companies and federal retail chains.
