Following the third quarter results in the Republic of Tatarstan investment indicators keep positive dynamics.
Thus, during 9 months of 2013 306281,9 million rubles was invested into the basic stock for development of the republic. It made 110,6% by the corresponding period of 2012 (on the average of the Russian Federation, it is 98,6%).
By the investment volume into the basic stock in January-September, 2013 the Tatarstan republic won the lead among the Volga Federal District regions and got forth place among the Russian Federation members.
Following the 9 months results of 2013, the Tatarstan Republic economy had 658614,7 thousand dollars foreign inpayments that makes 156,8% by the corresponding period of last year.

Subordinated to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the Export support centre take measures to the organization of the Tatarstan businessmen participation in the Conference related to the questions of Russian and German investment image improvement "The growing market. Medium business. Modernization" which will take place on February 21, 2014 in Berlin (Germany).
The Conference organizers are the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and Russian-German chamber of commerce.
The main subject of Conference is the prospect of the Russian-German economic relations during the modernization of Russian economy. The Russian-German chamber of commerce will select the German companies for participation in event according to the requirements of participants from Russia.

On December 12, 2013 from 12.00 till 20.00 o'clock the all-Russian day of a reception of citizens is spent to the Constitution day of the Russian Federation according to an order of the President of the Russian Federation in public authorities and local government. In the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan reception will be carried out to the address: Kazan, Moskovskaya St., 55.

From December 1 till December 7, 2013 the Astrakhan region Government Entities heads delegation had the internship in the Republic of Tatarstan. It is the second visit of Astrakhan public sector workers to the Tatarstan within implementation of the administrative skilled workers preparation for the national economy organizations of the Russian Federation State plan.
The internship was organized by the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan and Presidential administrative skilled workers preparation program graduates Association of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On December 6, 2013 the master class on Business Cases solutions was given by the “Sila Lisa Case Club” business club. The master class was held with support of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan, Business support centre subordinated to the ministry, JSC Rostelecom branch in the Republic of Tatarstan and “Student League of the Republic of Tatarstan” regional youth public organization.
More than 150 people took part in the event. There were students of business school and representatives of other organizations.

On December 6, 2013 in Ufa the Secretary of state – The deputy minister of economic development of the Russian Federation Oleg Fomichev held Coordination meeting on realization the President of the Republic of Bashkortostan Rustem Hamitov, the deputy plenipotentiary envoy of the Russian Federation President in the Volga federal district Galina Izotova, and also representatives of the interested federal executive authorities, the supreme bodies of executive power of the subjects entering the Volga federal district took part in the Volga federal district of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2012 No. 601 "About the main directions of improvement of system of public administration in subjects of the Russian Federation" In plenary session, business and expert communities.

The resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 954 of 01.12.2013 approved a state program of the Republic of Tatarstan "Energy saving and increase of power efficiency in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 - 2020". The purpose of the program is formation of an effective control system by energy saving and increase of power efficiency in the Republic of Tatarstan at steady improvement of quality of life, competitiveness of products.

For the purpose of business activity promoting and defining the small and medium business members state support directions realized by the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan, were the Open Days in the business incubator of Yelabuga subordinated to the ministry.
Within this action were organized meetings with the city’s secondary school No. 2 students and the Yelabuga Institute of the KFU students. The programs of businessmen state support realized by the Ministry of Economics were presented at the meeting. It was told about the business incubator and about services it provide, the presentations innovative ideas origin and embodiment stages were shown.
Present residents of business incubator, the JSC Sky Bridge and university graduates SP "Nikolaeva" and JSC TIMER shared their stories of success.

Today the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov addressed the heads of municipal entities, the listeners of "Development of administrative competences and professional skills of the municipal regions heads of the Republic of Tatarstan" professional development program. The organizers of the program are the Executive Personnel of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Kazan (Volga) Federal University.
The Minister of Economics report concerned the topical issues of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan. In his speech, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov told about the current tendencies of social and economic development and had made a point of municipal entities and branches effectiveness indicators. There were also raised such questions as labor productivity increase, adaptation of the republic economics to conditions of membership of Russia in the WTO, investment prospects increase, small and medium business development, the monotowns development and some others.
In the conclusion of his speech Midkhat Shagiakhmetov noted that the solution of the goals facing the republic demands the joint coordinated work of authorities of the republic, municipalities and the enterprises.

On December 5, 2013 was held the business meeting of the social partnership parties coordinators under the chairmanship of Midhkat Shagiakhmetov the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan, the coordinator of the Republican tripartite social and labour relations commission in the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting concerned to the making agreement between the Federation of Trade Unions, Employers association Coordination council and the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan “About the minimum wage in the Tatarstan Republic”
The Minister of work, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the coordinator of the governmental party of the Republican tripartite social and labour relations commission, Ayrat Shafigullin, the chairman of Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan and the coordinator of the trade-union party of Republican tripartite social and labour relations commission, Tatyana Vodopyanova, representatives of the Tatarstan Republic enterprises and businessmen association, the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in the business meeting.
To sign the republican tripartite agreement is planned for the next meeting of RTC at the end of December of the current year.
