So on March 14, 2014 meeting of the balance commission in the Ministry of transport and road economy of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. 25 enterprises are considered. On all organizations explanatory notes are prepared. Summary information on the reasons of decrease in financial and economic activity, and also the offer on increase of productivity of activity of the enterprises will be considered at meeting of Economic Council at the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan "About financial results of activity of large and medium-sized enterprises of the republic following the results of 2013", planned in March of the current year.

On March 13, 2014 on the basis of the Kazan (Volga) federal university the round table "The human capital – a basis of innovative economy formation of the Republic of Tatarstan" within development of the "Strategy of Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030"  project took place. The deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Shamsiyev, the director of the Resource center of strategic planning  Leontyevsky center Boris Zhikharevich, the heads of divisions who are responsible for preparation (retraining) of shots and innovative development in universirites took part in work of a round table, and also representatives of the small innovative enterprises working at these universities.

In this regard the first meeting, created at the initiative of the chairman of Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on economy, investments and business Marat Galeyev, the working group on development of the bill of the Republic of Tatarstan "About modification of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About state-private partnership in the Republic of Tatarstan" took place on March 13, 2014. Within meeting the general area of work of the working group was discussed, and also offers of Agency of investment development of the Republic of Tatarstan, as authorized body on maintenance of investment projects on the terms of state-private partnership, on improvement of regulatory base already created in the republic in the sphere of state-private partnership were considered.

In the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation selection of competitive documentation from the municipalities applying for a rank "Most well-planned city (rural settlement) of Russia"  following the results of 2013 began. Competition is held since 2010. Its main goal – identification and replication of the best municipal  practic, increase of activity of local government in the solution questions of  housing and communal services development.

On March 12, 2014 in the State Duma the bill "About modification the Federal law of July 29, 1998  "About estimated activity in the Russian Federation" is considered in the first reading. Acceptance and implementation of this bill will promote increase  efficiency of carrying out procedures of the state cadastral assessment  that is a condition of further development of the land market.

In the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting on realization in 2014 of actions of the program of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation on grant support of subjects of the small and average business which is carrying out development and deployment of innovative production took place. Representatives of science and technology parks and republic higher education institutions took part in meeting.

On March 14, 2014 in Yelabuga the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Ministry of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan organized training for the staff of municipal authorities and the multipurpose center of providing the state and municipal services (MPS) for work in the Automated information system of AIS MPS. More than 20 employees of authorities and MPS took part in action. During training the staff of the Ministry of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan showed functionality of AIS MPS which has been specially developed for activity of MPS, convenience of its use at reception of statements and explained duties of participants of service during the work in it.

The planned amount of financing of long-term and departmental target programs for 2013 made 161,2 billion rubles, including of the budget of the Russian Federation – 29,2 billion rubles (18,1%), of the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan – 86,2 billion rubles (53,5%), of local sources – 2,1 billion rubles (1,3%), of non-budgetary sources – 43,7 billion rubles (27,1%). The actual amount of financing of target programs for 2013 made 150,6 billion rubles, including of the budget of the Russian Federation – 29,3 billion rubles (19,4%), of the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan – 91,7 billion rubles (60,9%), of local sources – 1,5 billion rubles (1,0%), of non-budgetary sources – 28,1 billion rubles (18,7%).

On March 14, 2014 at National research university "Higher School of Economy" the international scientific and practical seminar "Development of mechanisms "clever regulation" took place: on a way to new regulatory policy of Russia" which on the air was broadcast in the information and telecommunication Internet network. During a seminar it was noted that today the assessment of regulating influence (ARI) in the countries of OECD (Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development) is a kernel round which the modern regulatory policy recognized as one of three major levers of impact on economic growth (along with budgetary and with fiscal policy) is built. In Russia this tool in plans of overcoming of stagnation remained until recently almost uninvolved while the resource of additional economic growth when carrying out complex regulatory policy is estimated to 1,5-2% of gross domestic product (according to OECD)
