The round table "The human capital – a basis of innovative economy formation of the Republic of Tatarstan" within development of Strategy of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030 took place

On March 13, 2014 on the basis of the Kazan (Volga) federal university the round table "The human capital – a basis of innovative economy formation of the Republic of Tatarstan" within development of the "Strategy of Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030" project took place. The deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Shamsiyev, the director of the Resource center of strategic planning Leontyevsky center Boris Zhikharevich, the heads of divisions who are responsible for preparation (retraining) of shots and innovative development in universirites took part in work of a round table, and also representatives of the small innovative enterprises working at these universities.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
