The Cabinet of Ministers order of 06.05.2014 No. 299-r is determined Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan as authorized body of assistance to competition development in the republic. Definition of authorized body is the requirement of the Standard of development of the competition approved by the decision of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Igor Shuvalov of 02.04.2014  No. ISh-P13-2189. Now the pilot project on introduction of the Standard of development of the competition is realized in six regions of the Russian Federation, including the Republic of Tatarstan.

On May 16, issues to improve the investment climate in Russia and Tatarstan were discussed at a meeting of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with delegation of the Club of Leaders on promoting business initiatives of Agency for Strategic Initiatives at Tatarstan Government House.

Welcoming the delegation of businessmen, Rustam Minnikhanov thanked them for their visit to Kazan. “Improving the investment climate is our common task. If there is an appeal for the business, it will develop. And we should make decisions that will be comfortable for the business,” Tatarstan President said.

According to Rustam Minnikhanov, businessmen should have authority in the society and support of the public authorities.

On May 20, 2014 the Center of business support of the Republic of Tatarstan will carry out a business breakfast with representatives of advisory council on selection of investment projects. It is planned to discuss the areas of work of the forthcoming council and an order of investment projects selection. The beginning is at 9:00.

On May 12-13, 2014  deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov and the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – the head of the department of business support Rustem Sibgatullin visited the Republic of Crimea. Within rendering the methodical help by the Ministry of Economiy of the Republic of Tatarstan adjusting seminars concerning purchasing activity and support of small and average business were held.

In Almetyevsk and Naberezhnye Chelny republican zone training seminars – meetings on a subject: "Program budget. Tax on real persons' estate" are held.

Within this meeting survey information on the current execution and budget formation in the Republic of Tatarstan was submitted by the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan Radik Gayzatullin.


The report on illumination of topical issues of development and realization of state programs of the Republic of Tatarstan was made by the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Sharifullin. Features of transition to the program budget were sounded by the chief of the budgetary department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan Gela Gerasimova.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan opens Remote school of the licensee each lesson in which will be devoted to practice of application of the license legislation, in particular to its separate cases causing difficulty of businessmen. We pay your attention that the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan doesn't possess power on explanation, interpretation of standards of the legislation because isn't a source of its development. However, as the body which is directly carrying out licensing, ministry finds possible and necessary to give explanations on practical implementation of the license legislationfor with the purpose of increase of competences of businessmen, prevention of corruption violations.

Protection of final qualification works of listeners of the Presidential program of preparation of administrative shots for the organizations of a national economy in 2013/2014 academic years proceeds.

On May 14, 2014 heads of the enterprises of the real sector of economy and a services sector submitted their projects to a certifying commission. On protection works on the following subjects were presented: "New approach to operation of highly watered sites of oil fields", "Development of a network of gas stations of JSC Tatneft-AZS-Centre, "Interaction of real and financial sectors of economy in modern conditions", "Management of the integrated marketing communications" and others. 

On May 14, 2014 within development of the "Strategy of Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Tatarstan for the Period till 2030" project the seminar "Prospects of the Kazan agglomeration: economy and space" took place.  The research supervisor of the Tatarstan-2030 project,director of the Resource center of strategic planning of the Leontyevsky center Boris Zhikharevich acted as the moderator of a seminar. The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, the deputy head of Executive committee of Kazan Ivan Kuznetsov, the head of the Zelenodolsky municipal area Alexander Tygin, the head of the Verkhneuslonsky municipal area Marat Ziatdinov, the head of the Pestrechinsky municipal area Eduard Diyarov, the head of Executive committee of the Laishevsky municipal area Mikhail Fadeyev, the head of Executive committee of the Vysokogorsky municipal area Rail Zaynullin took part in work of a seminar.

On May 13, 2014 on a platform of industrial park "KIP "Master" plant on production of automobile locks JSC Kikert Rus of the world leader in the market of technologies in the field of innovative locks systems for various cars – the German company Kiekert AG has opened . The executive vice-president of Kiekert AG Juergen Rudolf Peulen, the director general of Kiekert RUS Alexander Konson, the deputy chief of Department of business support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Sirotkin, the first deputy head of Agency of investment development of the Republic of Tatarstan Robert Galiullin, the head of executive committee of the city of Naberezhny Chelny Farkhad Latypo participated in a ceremony.

On May 15, 2014 at 11.30 Commission meeting at the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan on corruption counteraction will be held in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan  and will be broadcast in online a mode. Within meeting the personnel manager of the ministry Venera Sadykova will report about realization of anti-corruption policy in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan for the reporting period – 1 quarter of 2014 year.
