On November 28, at a plenary session of the second Kazan forum “Eurasian economic integration: achievements and problems”, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the experience of the republic as one of rapidly developing regions, where representatives of different cultures and nationalities live together peacefully, can be interesting for participants of Eurasian integration.

Chairman of Rossotrudnichestvo Konstantin Kosachev, Vice-premier of Cambodia Sok An, Governor of Kamchatka region Vladimir Ilyukhin, Chairman of the Committee of the Federation Council for constitutional legislation and state building Andrey Klishas, Chairman of Tatarstan State Council Farid Mukhametshin took part in the forum.

On November 28, 2014 within the second day of the II Kazan forum "The Euroasian economic integration: achievements and problems", taking place in the Republic of Tatarstan, the meeting of Advisory committee concerning business of the Euroasian economic commission took place. During a meeting Timur Suleymenov, the Minister of economy and financial policy of the Euroasian Economic Commission (EEC) told about basic provisions of the Contract on the Euroasian economic union.

On November 27, 2014 the friendly mini-soccer match between team of the Republic of Tatarstan and team of the Euroasian Economic Commission headed by the Minister of economy and financial policy of the Euroasian Economic Commission Timur Suleymenov took place.

On November 27, 2014 in Kazan opening of the Second Kazan forum "The Euroasian economic integration took place: achievements and problems". The forum is organized by the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and Federal agency "Rossotrudnichestvo" at the initiative of "The Euroasian dialogue" at the Russian parliamentary European club. The forum was opened by the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Vasyl Shaykhraziyev, the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov and the member of the Federation Council, the coordinator of "The Euroasian dialogue" Andrey Klimov.

Within a five-day educational seminar "Automotive industry in Germany. Modern technologies" the head of department of territorial development of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Gaynullin together with representatives of the enterprises, research and scientific educational institutions, and also the infrastructure organizations of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster visited a number of the largest automobile building plants of Germany.

We remind of completion of collecting demands for accreditation of subjects of property support of small and average business. Documents are accepted by the Center of business support of the Republic of Tatarstan till November 28, 2014 till 16.45. The following stage of accreditation will take place in 2015.

On November 27, 2014 in the Kazan town hall the XXXIX session of the Kazan City Council under the chairmanship of the Mayor of the capital of Tatarstan Ilsur Metshin took place. Representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in work of session. 12 questions, the most important of which – the forecast of social and economic development and the budget of municipality of the city of Kazan on 2015 and for planning period 2016 and 2017 were submitted for consideration of deputies.

Within an educational seminar "Automotive industry in Germany. Modern technologies" acquaintance of representatives of the enterprises, and also scientific and educational organizations of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster to the German achievements in the field of automotive industry, cooperations and introductions of innovations was carried out.

On November, 27, 2014 Non-profit Organization "Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" organized the event with JSC "PROBUSINESSBANK". During the meeting it was discussed the details of the concluded agreement on cooperation in program to provide guarantees to small and medium-sized enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan. As well it was given the detailed information about the Fund, the conditions and the requirements of the Fund and were discussed the main changes of the work of the Fund, the improved quality of the work with legal entities.
