Additional requirements to the bank guarantee used for the Federal law of April 5, 2013 No. 44-FZ about contract system of the state – analog of identification number of the taxpayer who is the founder of legal entity were introduced.

According to the Resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of December 9, 2014 No. 1339 "About modification of the Resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of November 8, 2013 No. 1005" the bank guarantee has to provide in the present also the right of the customer to submit the written requirement about payment of a sum of money and (or) its part in case of inadequate performance or non-performance by the supplier (the contractor, the performer) secured obligations. Besides, it is necessary to reflect a condition that incurs expenses on transfer by the guarantor of means the last.
