The resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of October 20, 2014 No. 1083 made changes to the annex to rules of maintaining the register of unfair suppliers (contractors, performers). Changes concern specification of information on the unfair supplier (the contractor, the performer) entered in the register. According to the resolution, the name, identification number of the taxpayer of the legal entity or for the foreign person according to the legislation of the relevant foreign state – analog of identification number of the taxpayer who is the founder of legal entity will be brought in the register besides the data specified earlier.

According to the Resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of December 9, 2014 No. 1339 "About modification of the Resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of November 8, 2013 No. 1005" the bank guarantee has to provide in the present also the right of the customer to submit the written requirement about payment of a sum of money and (or) its part in case of inadequate performance or non-performance by the supplier (the contractor, the performer) secured obligations. Besides, it is necessary to reflect a condition that incurs expenses on transfer by the guarantor of means the last.

On December 16, 2014 the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov met representatives of mass media to tell about carrying out a number of the actions which are summing up the results of the expiring year regarding development of small and medium business in the republic and also to answer journalists questions.

On December 16, 2014 in Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan there takes place adjusting session of Joint-stock company "The regional center of engineering of biotechnologies of the Republic of Tatarstan under the name: "The regional center of engineering of biotechnologies of the Republic of Tatarstan – the beginning of a way, development: from support of small and average business to formation of a cluster in the field of biotechnologies in the region.

The representative of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation - the deputy chief of department of innovative projects of Department of social development and innovations Semyon Vuymenkov also took part in action.

Following the results of 9 months 2014 the volume of investment into fixed capital made 318,7 billion rubles. Growth rate of investments in comparison with the similar period of 2013 made 102,0%. Thus average growth rate of investments into fixed capital in the Russian Federation made 97,5%. On the volumes of investment into fixed capital in January-September, 2014 the Republic of Tatarstan among regions of the Volga Federal District took 1 place.

On December 12, 2014 the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov took part in extraordinary general meeting of members of "Kamsky Innovative Territorial and Production Cluster" Non-profit Partnership and a meeting of Board of "Kamsky Innovative Territorial and Production Cluster" Non-profit Partnership. During the general meeting questions of modification of structure of Board of partnership, and also inclusion in members of partnership of 14 organizations and enterprises of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster were considered.

For development of territorial public self-managements in the Republic of Tatarstan the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 15.12.2014 No. 987 "About carrying out competition of social projects of territorial public self-managements of the Republic of Tatarstan" was approved.

On December 11, 2014 the Federal Treasury together with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation held a seminar in the video conferencing mode with subjects of the Russian Federation concerning monitoring of execution by executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation of the instructions containing in Decrees of the President of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2012 No. 596-606, with use of the state automated system Upravleniye.

On December 12-14, 2014 in Kazan with assistance of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Comissioner for the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on protection of the rights of businessmen the forum "Small and medium business: regional points of growth", organized by the All-Russian public organization "Opora Russii" was held. Representatives more than thirty regions of the Russian Federation took part in action.

From December 3 to December 10, 2014 representatives of the consulting company "Brussels Business Solutions" (Brussels, Belgium) visited  the Republic of Tatarstan with working visit. On December 9, 2014 the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov held a meeting with the Belgian representatives concerning cooperation with the enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan in oil and gas, pharmaceutical, chemical, construction, logistic and IT spheres.
