According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan of 17.10.2014 No. UP-988 "About measures for creation in the Republic of Tatarstan of an innovative territorial cluster in the sphere of nanotechnologies" the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 15.12.2014 No. 989 approved the Plan of measures on creation in the Republic of Tatarstan of an innovative territorial cluster in the sphere of nanotechnologies.

The All-Russian competition of short videos "I Am a Businessman 2015". Competition is held by the Contour special design bureau company together with public organization "SUPPORT of RUSSIA" started.
Competition of videos "I Am a Businessman" is organized for the purpose of support of small and average business. Participation in it gives the chance to each businessman owning small or medium business to receive money for its development and to tell about the business to all Russia. Winners will receive 300 000 and 200 000 rubles on business development.

On December 19, 2014 in the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan the next meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC Tatneftekhiminvest-holding took place.
At a meeting economic and technical aspects of development of electromobile transport were presented. In particular, the project on creation of family of vehicles for passenger traffic on electric is presented to the course (Electrobus)", providing development of a new product – electrobuss of especially small and big classes conforming to perspective international requirements for ecology, safety, energy resources saving.

On December 19 within a week of business events "Business results of Tatarstan – 2014" reception of businessmen by the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov took place. In the restaurant complex "Tougan Avyly" the minister awarded winners of Competition "The businessman of year: Gold one hundred – 2014". Representatives of 45 municipalities of the republic, and also businessmen selected by a competition commission of experts who showed administrative talent, innovative thinking in business, qualitatively high creative decisions in the field of marketing became winners this year, and also made a contribution to development of the sphere of business of the republic in general.
"The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan holds the second year this Competition. Carrying out similar level of actions became already good tradition" - the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov noted in the welcome speech.

On December 19, 2014 in "Unix" within summing up the competition held by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan "The businessman of year: The gold one hundred - 2014" passed a series of master classes "How to do business in crisis?". In the welcome speech the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov noted: "We gather within a business week to carry out an expert assessment of to what came for these years when the state really paid attention to small and medium business, to estimate forms and methods of support which we provide, maybe, somewhere to reboot, make prioritization of that we do. And all this without feedback with you, of course, is impossible. These days which are festive for us, we will be able to become closer to each other and adjust dialogue in informal form".

On December 18, 2014 the awards ceremony of winners of the V Republican competition of journalistic works and media projects about development of small and average business in the Republic of Tatarstan took place. Action took place within a week of business events "Business results of Tatarstan – 2014". Annual competition is held for the purpose of promoting of business activity, formation of a positive image of the businessman, activization of publicizing of development of small and average business in the Republic of Tatarstan.

On December 20, 2014 the deputy chief of legal department the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Guzel Daminova took part in carrying out the All-Russian day of legal aid to children. According to the program, action took place in MBO "High Comprehensive School No. 6" of the Yelabuga municipal area.

On December 18, 2014 in Moscow the educational seminar "A course on investment", conducted by Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "Agency of strategic initiatives of promotion of new projects" took place. The seminar was devoted to carrying out the second wave of the National rating of a condition of investment climate in subjects of the Russian Federation, to modification of rating methodology, and also introduction of the best regional practician on formation of the favorable conditions of conducting business and investment activity revealed following the results of pilot approbation of a rating.

On December 19, 2014 the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov held meeting on a question of planning of the actions providing the budgetary investments in the form of capital investments, within state programs of the Republic of Tatarstan. The problems connected with long-term planning of development of public infrastructure, and also the mechanism of determination of priority of construction, capital repairs and reconstruction of objects of capital investments were discussed.
