On December 26 in Naberezhnye Chelny the solemn evening for businessmen of the Republic of Tatarstan devoted to celebration of New year took place. Heads of Naberezhnye Chelny, representatives of the ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan, and also 150 heads of the enterprises and the organizations took part in the action .
Rewarding of representatives of enterprise community for honest work, a worthy contribution to social and economic development of Naberezhnye Chelny became one of key actions of solemn evening.

On December 25, 2014 in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan took place a meeting of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with deputies of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of Russia from the Republic of Tatarstan and heads of executive bodies of the government of the Republic of Tatarstan.
At a meeting the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov made the report on preliminary results of 2014 on attraction of federal funds in republic economy. In the report the preliminary estimate of activity of the working groups headed by deputies of the State Duma for the current year was given, and expected volumes of receiving federal funds by the republic in 2015-2017 were sounded.

For implementation of the Message of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan to the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2015 the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 24.12.2014 No. 1016 "About the Comprehensive plan of actions of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan for implementation of the Message of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan to the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015" is accepted.

The fund of assistance to development of small forms of the enterprises in the scientific and technical sphere (further – Fund of assistance) summed up the results of the federal competition "Commercialization".
Projects from 44 regions of the Russian Federation took part in competition. Total amount of the funds allocated by Fund of Assistance for this competition was 917 569 thousand rubles.

The resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of October 13, 2014 No. 1047 according to the item  2  of the Art. 19 of the Federal law of April 5, 2014 No 44-FZ "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" approved the general requirements to definition of standard costs on ensuring functions of government bodies, governing bodies of the state off-budget funds and municipal bodies. The specified requirements are applied when determining standard costs on ensuring functions of government bodies, governing bodies of the state off-budget funds and municipal bodies for the justification of object and (or) objects of purchase included in the plan of purchase.

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation submitted for consideration in the Government of the Russian Federation the draft of the order about the list of the data which are under authority of each subject of the Russian Federation and the state services, necessary for granting, in the territory of other regions. The developed basic list contains 29 categories of data and defines 7 federal departments establishing requirements to a format of providing necessary data.

On December 25, at a solemn ceremony of summarizing results of the contest “Manager of the year”, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that authorities of the republic rely on heads of top Tatarstan enterprises in terms of economic development of the republic.

Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev, Chairman of State Council Farid Mukhametshin, deputies of Russian State Duma representing the Republic of Tatarstan, members of Tatarstan Government, heads of regional ministries and agencies, municipalities, heads of associations of employers and labour unions, representatives of religious confessions, heads of cultural and scientific organizations took part in the event.

Opening the event, Rustam Minnikhanov said that the contest has become a good New Year tradition and is held for the 14th time.

On December 26 in IT park of Naberezhnye Chelny with assistance of the Kamsky center of cluster development  the Round table on the subject "Development of Cluster Initiatives for Development of Small and Average Business" will pass. Carrying out the Round table is directed on elaboration of joint actions of executive authorities, enterprise community, science, public organizations and institutes on development of an IT cluster.

The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 24.12.2014 No. 1020 "About modification of separate resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan" made changes to the Approximate list of the state, municipal and other services rendered on the basis of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan, No. 539 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 21.06.2012 "About the approval of the Approximate list of the state, municipal and other services rendered on the basis of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan".
