On February 14, 2015 on the K(P)FU base conference on presentation of basic provisions of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for the period till 2030 within youth competition "Strategy of Tatarstan – my strategy is held!".

 

More than hundred young people took part in conference: students, graduate students, young scientists and experts of the higher educational institutions which are previously registered on the site of Strategy 2030.

 

Welcoming participants, the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov thanked students for the shown interest and a response to the offer in common to work over Strategy of development of Tatarstan till 2030. "We need fresh ideas. Offers which already arrived to us, really, deserve respect, - Artyom Zdunov noted, - Is significant that this day (St. Valentine's Day) all of us loving our republic gathered and we discuss strategy of further development".

On February 13, 2015 the meeting of Council of the Buinsky municipal area took place. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, and also deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of the Device of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the ministries and departments of the republic, heads of the enterprises of the area participated in a meeting. Within a meeting the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov presented Strategy of social and economic development of Tatarstan till 2030. Speaking about the main objectives of the Buinsky area within this Strategy, he noted that development of industrial platforms of municipal level and involvement of residents, including from the neighboring regions has to become one of priorities here. As Artyom Zdunov emphasized, the Buinsky area is among areas for which, according to strategy, the priority direction of development is, in particular, cross-border cooperation. This year in the area creation of the first industrial platform on the basis of one of farms is planned. In total in Tatarstan as the Minister of Economics noted, the quantity of such platforms in 2015 has to make more than forty

On February 13, 2015 in Recreation center of page. Big Kaibici the 48th meeting of Council of the Kaybitsky municipal area devoted to summing up social and economic development of the area for 2014 and statement new tasks for 2015 took place. Within a meeting the report devoted to realization of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030 was made by the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Bulat Haziakhmetov.

On February 12, 2015 the Center of support of business of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting with businessmen of the Arsky municipal area. The purpose of a meeting became informing subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan on the last changes of the legislation.

According to the address of the Comissioner for the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on protection of the rights of businessmen by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan as the authorized body on carrying out an assessment of the regulating influence, carries out expertize of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of June 17, 2009 No. 19-ZRT "About establishment of the differentiated tax rates for the taxpayers applying the simplified system of the taxation". Expertize is carried out for an assessment of achievement of the purposes of regulation, efficiency of the offered way of regulation, an assessment of positive and negative consequences of the offered way of regulation declared during development of the Law by means of the analysis of law-enforcement practice.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan together with authorized banks conducts selection of investment projects for participation in the Program of a project financing approved by the Resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of October 11, 2014 No. 1044 "About the approval of the Program of support of the investment projects realized in the territory of the Russian Federation on the basis of a project financing".

On February 12, 2015 the meeting of council of the Ribno-Slobodsky  municipal area took place. The deputy prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Vasyl Shaykhraziyev, and also deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of the Device of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the ministries and departments of the republic, heads of the enterprises of the area participated in a meeting.

The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov participated on February 11, 2015 in the next meeting of the working group of the Commission at the President of the Russian Federation on monitoring of achievement of the target indicators of social and economic development of the Russian Federation determined by the President of the Russian Federation.

On February 12, 2015 about forty heads of the agricultural enterprises, and also producers in the sphere of food and processing industry participated in a seminar on a subject: "Preservation and development of business in the conditions of crisis: possibilities of increase in sale and attraction of external financing", taken place in Zelenololsk. Action was organized by the Regional center of engineering of biotechnologies of the Republic of Tatarstan with assistance of the Ministry of Economy Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Agriculture and the food of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On February 14, 2015 at 12:30 conference on presentation by developers of the Tatarstan-2030 project of basic provisions of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for the period till 2030 within youth competition "Strategy of Tatarstan is my strategy will take place!". In conference participation about 100 young people is planned: students, graduate students, young scientists and experts of higher educational institutions.
